Judd  has over fifteen years of experience in senior finance and CFO roles.  Prior to joining Benchmark, he was Vice President of Finance at Maveron LLC, a consumer focused venture capital firm founded by Howard Schultz and Dan Levitan.  At Maveron, Judd oversaw finance, accounting, treasury, tax and information technology.  Prior to that, Judd was in the Corporate Strategy and Planning Group at Microsoft where he most recently helped build the company's consolidated multiyear financial model and strategic plan. Before that he was the CFO of Safe Harbor Technology Corp, a venture backed company, and an M&A Investment Banking Associate with Prudential Securities.  Judd earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Virginia joined Benchmark Plus in January 2009 as the firm’s Controller.  In this capacity, she helps assure proper alignment of all regulatory, reporting, financial, and system controls.  Virginia joined us from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was an audit manager, bringing four years of fund accounting and audit experience with alternative investment vehicles such as hedge funds and fund of funds. Prior to that, Virginia spent four years as a senior accountant at Walsh King Chartered Accountants, a Vancouver, British Columbia-based accounting firm. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of British Columbia, earned her Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2003, and earned her CPA (Washington) designation in 2005.

Lauree joined Benchmark Plus in October 2011.  Over the past four years, she has worked in the insurance industry focusing on compliance planning, risk management, development of corporate policies and employee training.  Lauree also brings over 5 years’ experience in the banking industry and has over 12 years’ experience as a corporate paralegal, concentrating in corporate formations, board and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, capitalization and various stock financings.

Tashi joined Benchmark Plus in June 2010 from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she was an experienced associate in their audit practice. At PwC, Tashi audited various clients including venture capital firms, hedge funds, fund of funds, and other financial service companies. Tashi graduated from Pacific Lutheran University and received a Bachelor in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and finance in May of 2007. Tashi is currently in the process of obtaining the CPA designation.

Mr. Gerrard graduated from the University of Washington in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He joined Benchmark Plus as an Administrative Assistant in March 2011.
